• POLYBROACH OIL is a heavy duty straight cutting oil developed for vertical broaching operation of alloy steel components.
• It is a chlorine , sulphur. PTFE free heavy duty cutting oil for broaching operation.
• It is an oil which can be used safely for   variety of broaching  operations including plain hole and spline broaching of forged components.
• It has very high EP and Lubricity.
• It protects and extends the life of expensive tooling.
• It enhance component finish.
• It is also used for other metalworking operations where high levels of EP additives are required.
