Specialty Lubricants

Polychem manufactures a variety of segment lubricants for railways (Traction motor gear case), wheel mounting compounds, lubricants for military applications and lubricants for cycling and racing.

It is a water dilutable silicone emulsion containing 30 % active percent.  It is formulated with carefully selected ingredients suitable for water based systems.  Even diluted emulsion need only an occasional mixing to remain dispersed.

Low viscosity water dispersible fluid for defoaming hot aqueous system.  This prevents and suppresses unwanted foam, useful for non-aqueous polar system as well and as a base for formulation.  It acts as an antifoam jet and atmospheric dyes for textiles and as a good wetting agent and dispersion.

Effective at low concentration in variety of aqueous and non-aqueous systems and wax application, thin film applications.  Particularly suitable for long term durability in alkaline system and in neutral and acidic conditions stable and easy to handle in water treatment applications.

METHOD OF USE :

In most of the systems only 2 – 5 gms per M.T. of defoamer are required.  Working concentration can be optimized based on system.  It disperses easily in aqueous system and may be added directly to the foam in low concentration with agitation.

For maximum efficiency diluted defoamer to be used within 24 hrs.

It can be used for most of the industrial applications as a versatile antifoaming agent.
