Synthetic Coolants

We manufacture synthetic coolants which are environmental friendly and soluble oils. These are considered to be ideal for use in machinery operations such as drilling, tapping, turning, broaching operations. These can be used for ferrous and non ferrous metals.

SPECIAL FEATURES

It has mild alkaline pH and contains high molecular weight organic VEGETABLE OIL esters.
This product does not contain toxic elements like sulphur & chlorine. So water pollution problems do not arise.
Totally Nitrite Free.
Due to special additives it is devoid of bacterial growth.
It has an excellent anticorrosive property over a wide dilution range. As it is an aqueous base, it provides good cooling effect, which leads to increase in the tool life.
No action on brass and copper, aluminium and ferrous metals.
No skin irritation.
Used for conventional, non-conventional and grinding machines.
Life of coolant is 3-6 months.

SYNCOOL SL is a soluble cutting oil having blend of mineral oil, emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors.
It contains extraordinary antibacterial additives
These additives prevent bacterial growth thereby enhancing coolant life more than one month.
It is having an excellent anticorrosive property over a wide dilution range.
As it is oil based, it provides excellent lubricity to different parts of the machine and elevates tool life considerably.
No skin irritation.

DILUTIONS

4% to 5.0% with water.
